From Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport:
Start out going west on Airport Circle toward Bradenton Conn. Turn right onto University Parkway. Turn left onto North Tamiami Trail / US 41 / FL 45. Continue to follow US 41 South / FL 45 South for approximately 9.1 miles. End at 6600 S. Tamiami Trail. Holiday Inn Express Siesta Key / Sarasota will be on your right, just past Stickney Point Rd.
From Tampa International Airport:
Start out going west on West Spruce St / FL 589 North. Take the ramp toward Tampa Airport. Take the ramp toward Post Office / Remote Economy Parking / Rental car return for Alamo / National. Take the ramp toward Post Office.
Take the SR 60 ramp toward I-75 / Downtown. Merge onto North Memorial Highway / FL 60 East. Merge onto I-275 South toward St. Petersburg (portions toll). Merge onto I-75 South via the exit on the left, toward Bradenton. Merge onto FL 72 West via Exit 205 toward Siesta Key / Sarasota.
Turn left onto South Tamiami Trl / US 41 / FL 45. End at 6600 S. Tamiami Trail. Holiday Inn Express Siesta Key / Sarasota will be on your right.
